I’ve hosted events before. Will I still learn something new?
Absolutely. This training is designed to take your events to the next level. You’ll learn advanced strategies for securing sponsorships, negotiating hotel contracts, and maximizing back-of-the-room sales that even experienced event hosts often overlook.
I’ve never hosted an event before. Is this for beginners?
Yes. This intensive is beginner-friendly, guiding you step-by-step through the entire process. From choosing the right type of event to crafting a compelling offer, you’ll leave with a clear plan to host a profitable event, even if it’s your first.
I’m not comfortable with selling. Will this work for me?
Yes. The intensive includes a dedicated Selling from the Stage training that shows you how to confidently present offers in a way that feels authentic and natural. You don’t need to be a polished salesperson to succeed—we’ll provide you with scripts, frameworks, and techniques to make it easy.
Do I need to host large events for this to work?
Not at all. The strategies taught in this intensive work for events of any size. Whether you’re hosting an intimate workshop for 20 people or a large-scale conference, you’ll learn how to structure and scale your event for maximum profitability.
What if I don’t have an audience to promote my event to?
You don’t need a massive audience to fill your event. This training will teach you how to leverage partnerships, targeted marketing, and sponsorships to attract attendees who are ready to invest in what you offer.
How is this different from other event trainings?
What’s included in the training?
You’ll receive step-by-step guidance on planning, marketing, and executing live events, along with exclusive templates and resources, such as the Live/Virtual Events Masterclass and Selling with Webinars Masterclass. These tools will help you streamline every aspect of your event to maximize results.
Will I have access to the resources and bonuses after the event?
Yes. You’ll have lifetime access to the Live/Virtual Events Masterclass and Selling with Webinars Masterclass, including all templates and tools. The Rosewood Training Center rental is available for six months, giving you plenty of time to plan and host your event.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring a laptop, a notepad, and any ideas or goals you have for your event. If you’ve hosted events before, bring relevant data, such as attendee numbers, revenue, or feedback, to help us refine your strategy. If you’re new to events, just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind.
I don’t know what type of event to host. Will this help me decide?
Yes. The intensive will guide you in identifying the perfect type of event for your expertise, audience, and goals. Whether it’s a workshop, retreat, or multi-day conference, we’ll help you craft an event that aligns with your business vision.
What if I can’t attend all three days?
We strongly encourage you to attend all three days live to get the full experience and implement the strategies effectively. However, if an unavoidable conflict arises, reach out to our team to discuss options.
How do sponsorships work, and can I secure them before my event?
Sponsorships are a powerful way to add revenue to your event, and we’ll teach you exactly how to secure them. From creating attractive sponsorship packages to crafting winning outreach strategies, you’ll leave with the tools to land sponsors, even if your event is months away.
How do I know if I’m ready for this intensive?
If you’re ready to make live events a major part of your business strategy—or you’re tired of hosting events that break even—you’re ready for this intensive. You don’t need all the answers before attending. We’ll give you the systems and tools to succeed.
Is there networking during the event?
Yes. In-person attendees will have multiple opportunities to network with like-minded entrepreneurs, share ideas, and collaborate. This is one of the most valuable aspects of being in the room with peers and event experts.
What’s the difference between the Profit Driven Conference Intensive and the Six Figure Day Intensive?
The Six Figure Day Intensive focuses specifically on hosting one- or two-day high-ticket intensives, while the Profit Driven Conference Intensive covers a broader range of event types. This training dives deep into sponsorships, hotel negotiations, and project planning for larger, multi-day events.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, we may be able to transfer your ticket to a future event. Contact our support team to discuss options.
